Awhile ago I thought I read a rumor here of a program to switch a Turbo XT into/out of its 8 MHz mode from the command line. This would be really handy, since my Pheonix bios doesn't seem to support the 'turbo' key. Does such a program exist, and could someone send me mail telling me where I can find it?
