This is in "net.general" 'cause I want everyone to read this. I have spent the last three months trying to get JVC to repair or adjust a simple problem on a PC70JW. The local authorized repair facility is incompetent as is the West Coast facility in Compton. I got nowhere with the US headquarters in New Jersey. All along the attitude was obstructionist. Everyone I talked to was more interested in feeling righteous than correcting the problem. Avoid possible aggrevation and don't buy anything from JVC.
