[net.general] Making Contact with the ARPA Net from IH

Several people - researchers & the like - with whom I am in contact 
are connected to the ARPA Net. I am at AT&T Bell Laboratories at
Indian Hill (Naperville, IL) and am wondering if any one knows how
we at AT&T BL at IH can contact the ARPA Net.
