[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Imagewriter to IBM PC AT cable

I've run a standard Apple Imagewriter on a PC serial port with
no modifications at all.  Of course, your software may not accomodate
anything but the standard font, and may not support graphics, but
if you have the software support you want, the printer should work
without anything but the right cable.
