It is the "IBM Realtime Interface Co-processor Multiport/2" #6263
  Product Announcement was made 10/20/87.

  Features : 512Kb dual-ported memory expandable to 1Mb
			 4 optional RS-232-C/V.24 ports or
			 8 optional RS-232-C/V.24 ports or
			 4 optional RS-232-C/V.24 and 4 RS-422-A ports
		     the page window is variable : 8 , 16 , 32 , or 64 Kb

the ICAPARM.PRM configuration file is not needed , the
"POS" features is used to configure the card at power-on.

I have used it and is really not different in functionality
than the other products of the same family.

Note : There is a new board "X.25 Interface Co-processor/2"
with either 1 or 2 serial ports
( I'm not sure about the number of ports )
