It is 4:15 p.m., 7/10/85 in Atlanta Georgia, home of Coca-Cola ---
I just heard on the news that within the past half hour, Coca-Cola
has announced that it will be bringing back the *OLD* Coke,
as 'Classic Coca-Cola', which will be an addition to the
Coca-cola line. The new coke will remain 'Coca-Cola'. It should be
available in some markets within a few weeks. Consumer pressure was
just too strong! WE WIN!!!!
The official announcement will be made at Coca-cola headquarters tomorrow,
the above paragraph is all I know, and the news media will probably have
more details by the time you see this, anyway. So rejoice, you won't have
to suffer with the new stuff for too much longer!
