I have been trying to straigten out a friends office ATs hard disks, getting all the programs and files organzed and such. This guy uses Word Perfect 5.0, but either he doesn't have all the printer disks, or there aren't any drivers for the Star NX-1000 and HP Desk Jet. If your friend's copy is registered, one of these phone numbers would be of use to him. Word Perfect has a policy of proving free of charge necessary drivers and updates that fix problems you may have - a commendable policy. We have received tow upgrades already, one they volunteered (when the Bitstreamfont installation package came out) and one I requested (that added F5 file selection to the graphics filename field, and fixed a bug caused by very complex documents. We have another one coming that fixes a minor spell checker bug... no charge. I commend their policy, and would like to see it adopted as a standard.
