Does anyone know of any networking software for the PC that supports SLIP?
I would be grateful for any pointers.

Thanks,

Phil Karn's KA9Q package (NET.EXE) for the PC can use SLIP, in addition
to Ethernet and AX.25. You should be able to anonymous FTP a copy from
louie.udel.edu ([192.5.39.3] or [10.0.0.96]).

The summary says it... Sun may also have SLIP, or be working on it for
their PC/NFS. All of these are Serial Line IP as described in RFC 1055.

PC-NFS, actually. (TM of Sun Microsystems Inc.)

James is correct. We have been shipping SLIP (both the PC client
and a server kit for SunOS 3.x) since April
