Any appropriate means may be used to define and solve specific, focused problems and to safely, economically exploit this $l00 billion U.S. dilemma/opportunity. The successful innovator(s) will receive a $l0,000 tax-free Innovation Elegance Award, a full or part-time project development contract, royalty, and equity for self and spouse in the development company.
