If what you really want is a mouse driver, i.e., MOUSE.SYS, then you may be on your own, that is, if the one which accompanies your mouse is inadequate. However, you may be interested in incorporating a mouse interface into some particular program you are writing...on that assumption, here's a reference. "Advanced Turbo C Programmer's Guide", Mosich, Shammas, and Flamig, published by Wiley. Includes a 'mouse toolkit' and some sample programs which use it. Code is written in Turbo C. If you have your heart set on a new driver, try: "Writing MS-DOS Device Drivers", Robert S. Lai, The Waite Group. Phil Miller

If you are instead looking for a .DEF file to set up the mouse for use in TC programming, that is pretty easy. I just modified slightly the one which Logitech provides for Turbo Pascal. The editors are the same. I may add a few features, though, later. If I do I will submit it to the Logitech BBS. Rainy Days and Automatic Weapons Fire Alway Get Me Down. These opinions are mine.
