Could somebody list the special key escape code sequences that are generated by the VT52 terminal? I'm using CrossTalk in VT52 emulation mode on an hp/vectra almost exclusively on Unix now and I'd like to set up a .exrc file to define the home, end, page up/dn etc keys rather than trying to remember all the obscure control key sequences vi defaults to.
