Have you tried removing *all* TSRs and trying to reproduce the problem?
I found the Standalone Debugger to be sensitive to TSRs (my problem was
with a screen speedup program called THEFAST). Also, try calling
Borland's techncal support line they have been extremely helpful in
tracking down problems.
