A friend of mine has an Eagle 1600 which is not a 100% compatible system. The problem that he is experiencing is that whenever he boots his system, he can type exactly one character and then system hangs. At that point the only possible thing to do is a hardware reset and the same scenario repeats. I have removed all the boards from the system except the video board and its behavior did not change. If you have any idea about this or know who supports the Eagles these days, please send me e-mail, since I don't read this newsgroup on a regular basis.
