[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Programming the mouse at the interu

The Programmer's PC Sourcebook by Thom Hogan contains a thorough enough
reference (and this is a book that should grace every PC programmer's book-
shelf; it's worth it's weight in gold!). It probably contains as much as most
mouse programmers would ever need.

The best source of information, however, is the Mouse Programmer's Reference
Manual. Last I heard it was $29.95 direct from Microsoft. It contains all the
gory details, plus a disk.

Hope this helps.
