MetaWindow by Metagraphics looks good to me.  The TurboC version (called
TurboWindow) costs $80.  We also have IBM-GKS in our office but no one is
using it.

We have tried using IBM's GKS. There is one excellent use for it
in your computer: as the inner loop of a program trying to count
down until the Sun goes nova, or until all politicians tell the
truth, whichever comes first.
