Also, if you are planning to move into a local neighborhood or out of state, all types of neighborhood info (schools, churches, parks, recreational facilities, etc), can be obtained and sent to your home. If that does not sound interesting, you may be able to refinance your home with no money out of pocket and lower you monthly payments!
