Does anyone know where I can have a Seagate ST-238 Hard Disc
repaired ? Is it financially feasable ? Any names, addresses, and
phone numbers would be appreciated.

there is a company called TCE that repairs seagate st-213, 225 and 238's
EXCLUSIVELY.  they charge a flat fee of $80+shipping.  it is an entire
reconditioning of the disk.  you may call them at 312-741-7200 for more
info.
