[net.general] Differences in System V.x v/s 4.2 bsd

Is there anyone on the net who has written down differences between
4.2bsd and AT&T System V.x?

  I need differences in 
      1) Differences in command options (eg. ls -C is default in 4.2 ..)
      2) Differences in Pascal, C, Fortran languages
      3) Differences in System calls

Any pointers to papers/articles/publications would be helpful too.

Does the standardization committee have that document?
