[comp.sys.ibm.pc] TeX based WP

I was wondering whether anyone knows of a WYSIWYG style editor which
is TeX/LaTeX based, for the PC.  I am aware of a package for Sun
systems called "Publisher" by Arbortext.  This package has an editor
and formatter, but allows you to save your files in TeX form, and
allows you to import TeX files.
