I recently upgraded to Procomm Plus 1.1 from Procomm 2.4.2. For some reason, Procomm Plus sets the keyboard repeat rate on my PS/2 Mod 30 to some ridiculously high value. It's bad enough to deal with it while communicating, but Procomm doesn't reset the setting upon exit, thus extending the annoying effect to all my other programs. There doesn't seem to be any legitimate DOS or BIOS call to set the repeat rate, so I am curious how this value is manipulated (memory location, port, etc.). Can anyone point me in the right direction? Please E-mail replies; I will summarize to the net if necessary. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SCOTT BARNES INTERNET: sba8_ltd@uhura.cc.rochester.edu University of Rochester BITNET : sba8_ltd@uordbv ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
