I've got a funny situation here. My boss installed a new version of a word- processor and during the installation it apparently added the following line to the config.sys file: device=keybd.sys Now, no early version of DOS seems to have this and the closest thing that seems to be available on latter versions is named keyboard.sys. What I need to know is 1) what does this do? (the tech manual has nothing on it) and 2) are the different files (keybd.sys and keyboard.sys) the same thing? Thanks for any help. Bob
