Well, the mouse solution wasn't too evasive. First I RTFM. Then I RTFAddendum that came with Version 5. I tried Microsoft Mouse driver version 5.00 and then 6.11, but still no luck in getting PC Shell to talk to my mouse. Then I RTFRMTF (ReadMeTxt File) and lo and behold, it's the Version 6.14 you Microsoft Mousers will be needing! Found it, tried it, everything works like a charm. Quite a difference between 6.14 and previous version, I gather! I was lucky. What about other owners of PCT that I know? Just what is Microsoft's update policy for mouse drivers? If a co-worker only has Version 5.00, can I "share" my version 6.14 with him legally and all? If not, are these things stored on a BBS somewhere for downloading? Anyone know?
