Hi! I am looking for a database program that is very similar to Dbase III (or anything more recent). I have heard of several (available by FTP from SIMTEL20) including FREEBASE, PC-File, PC RIM and WAMPUM. I am looking for anyones opinions/reviews on how similar these are to DBase. My biggest complaint about FREEBASE is that it doesn't come with enough documentation to learn it easily if you don't already know DBase. My objective is to learn DBase without paying for it ;-) so it really must be similar to DBase. Please e-mail your responses and I will summarize to the net when I get sufficient replies. Thanks !
