[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Using PGA w/ MSC 5.1

Re: PGA Graphics w/ MSC 5.1

Can anyone out there give me a clue as to how to use the IBM PGA graphics
board with MSC 5.1. Of all the modes supported by the graphics library, the
PGA mode(s) are absent.

I know that the adapter is "smart", but I have no idea of how to use it or how
to interface with the adapter. If someone could give me a few hints, or point
me in the right direction, I'd be forever grateful. (I seem to recall an
article in one of the popular PC-type magazines recently, but I can't track it
down either.)

If you can help, respond here or e-mail me and I'll summarize for others in my
predicament.

The controller may be "smart," but USING it probably isn't. The lack of
graphics library support should give you an idea of the popularity of the PGA.
