[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Graphics Programs on Laptops - Correct for squashed aspect ratio?

Does anyone know of any graphics programs that are tailored to
the squashed aspect ratio of a laptop's display, such as the Toshiba
1200? As it stands, if a graphics drawing program such as Dr. Halo
is used, and things look okay on the screen, they will come out
wrong on paper - looking like they are stretched out vertically, due
to the same number of pixels, but a different horizontial to vertical
ratio. Are there any programs that correct for this??
