[comp.sys.ibm.pc] TSR to read and save serial port activity?

Does anybody know of a utility that resides in the background (i.e. a
TSR) on a PC and reads the data going back and forth on a serial port,
and then saves all that data to a file?

(The utility in PC magazine this month doesn't do anywhere near that.)
