I saw a demonstration of "Omnipage" both in person and on the TV magazine "The Computer Show." It was quite impressive, as it has the ability to learn fonts with some sort of AI software. I believe it runs around $1000 for the MACII, and something like $2500 for the IBM PC-AT (or a greater machine) that comes with a co-processor card. One impressive thing about it was that it actually broke a multi-font/ column scanned page into its various components and, with 100% success, converted the page into a text file. Has anyone spent some time with this product? or does anyone know anything more about it? -CF
