With tcc you must also compile using "tiny" model using the "-mt" option.
In the integrated environment you can use the compiler option menu to
select the tiny model.  The integrated compiler will still produce a .EXE
file which can be run as an .EXE file or converted to a .COM using the
exe2bin command.  If the integrated environment can be induced to produce
a .COM file directly, I don't know how it is done.  Anyone else?
