I've recently down-loaded the PC version of Little Smalltalk from the Simtel archives. Unfortunately, I can't get it to run properly. Now I can't imagine it being in the archives if its bugged so I guess there's some small "undocumented feature" I'm missing when setting it up... When I've unpacked it all with ST.EXE, PARSER.EXE & PRELUDE (amongst much else!) in the same directory and enter "ST" at the DOS prompt I get the response - respond error: new Smalltalk does not respond to: new Little Smalltalk If I then try 3 + 4 I get - respond error: print Integer does not respond to: print I've also tried re-building the system from the source files but my new executable does exactly the same ;-( Any help greatly appreciated...
