[comp.sys.ibm.pc] avoid auto-repeat key on AT

  I am looking for a way to stop auto-repeat of keys on an AT.  I have
programs to let me change the rate of repeat, but nothing to stop it.  I
would appreciate any information on where to find a program to do this,
or information on how to write one.
