Here's an easy one (I hope). I bought a keyboard extension cable, but it's producing a clock line fault when installed. My thought is that the cable is wired wrong. I've metered the bugger and all of the pins go through without shorting. The one thing that didn't read through was the metal outside on each plug. I've always thought that the outside on the plugs was part of the shield and should be connected. So, if anyone has a definitive answer to this one, I'd appreciate hearing from you.
