[comp.sys.ibm.pc] file uplaoded as emails

Hi everyone,
          I've got a question. How can I make use of the programs uplaoded
as emails in the binaries.ibm sig? Is there a special convertion program
for that or just use a editor to cut off the unneccessary parts?
