Well, I get to test out the technical support at Gateway 2000. I received my system yesterday and after 10 hours of running great the hard disk crashed. I can't seem to get it formatted again. FRUSTRATION! I tried everything that Gateway sent me about fixing Hard Disk problems and none of them worked. So they will call me this afternoon and hopefully all of my problems will be magically solved over the phone. I will (of course) keep you updated as to my dealings with the almighty TECH SUPPORT.
