A friend of mine has asked me about an IBM package that performs
data encription on PC-DOS files. Unfortunatelly, I can't remember
the name of the package, nor find anyone at IBM to help me.
Is anybody familiar with such package. Or, do you know of any other
similar program. I'd appreciate any help in this matter.
