Looking for someone who has built a chart of what BIOS writers (AMI, TDK,
Award, Phoenix, IBM) have how many different versions and what features
are supported in each version.
We have been having bad luck at matching DEC network cards to PCs. A PC
wiz friend told us we should examine what services any tested platform
(BIOS Maker, Version and DOS Vers) was known to support. Problems
center around loss of key definition on older VECTRAs in presence of DEC
DEPCA ( with HP Compat Resolution ).
Would like to know where to dump core for BIOS versions. Many thanks,
