I have a friend looking for some advice on the "best" data base mgr. for the PC. He's looking for a comparison between DBASE, Oracle, Reflex, and any others that might be useful. He is currently using SIRS on a mainframe and is interested in a comparison with this and PC dbm's. Any help would be appreciated. Please respond by email, unless there are other people interested.
