SOFTWARE ENGINEERING ENVIRONMENTS

Call for papers


Papers are invited for a conference on software engineering environments 
(Integrated Project Support Environments or IPSEs)
to be held at 

            the University of Lancaster, England 

on 

                    April 2nd-4th 1986.

Papers may address any topic which is relevant to environments 
which support the production of large-scale software systems 
but topics of particular interest are:

	Establishing user requirements for IPSEs
	Advanced workstation interfaces to support environments
	Methodology support tools
	The integration and support of formal methods
	Support for software reuse
	Knowledge-based support environments and tools

It is hoped to have a mix of invited papers from prominent practitioners 
and submitted papers at the conference.

It has been provisionally agreed that the conference proceedings 
will be published by Peter Perigrinus Ltd as a book entitled 
Software Engineering Environments  which is to be edited by 
Ian Sommerville, University of Strathclyde.

Submit 4 copies of a 5-page paper summary by
