[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Hungarian C Conventions

lever@linus.UUCP (lever) (03/28/89)

Hi,

I remember reading an article in either BYTE of PC Mag about a
variable naming convention called Hungarian C. I can't for the life
of me figure out which month (or which mag for that matter) it was in.
Does anyone recall the month/mag?

Thanks,

Mark

No, but you can read all about it in the book "Programming Windows"
by Charles Petzold. At least here in Champaign-Urbana, available
at all Waldenbooks and B.Daltons.

In any case, this topic give me the strongest feeling of deja vu
with respect to Fortran, where it is mostly automatic!

The article was in the March 14, 1989 (Volume 8, Number 5) issue of
PC Magazine, Page 329. Author: Charles Petzold, of course <grin>!
