I have an unknown and undocumented IO card in my AT clone. It appears to have a parallel port, a game port, a serial port (with the option for a second one), and empty space where a clock can be soldered in. Included in this posting is a rough drawing of what is on the board, and how it is laid out. Can anyone identify the make of this board so I can determine which dipswitches do what??? I can figure most of the jumpers out... The card fits in a short slot, drawing has been enlarged to fill the screen... 10-pin plug (optional COM2?)--+ +--16 pin plug +------------------------------------------------|----------|-----+ (COM1) | +------------------------+ +-------+ # ======= ========== | | | empty spot for 2nd | | empty | # ||||| <--5 jumpers | | | serial port UART | +-------+ \ | | +------------------------+ +-+ +-------+ 4-pin plug +-+ +---+ | +------------------------+ | | | empty | (pin 2 gone) | | | |9 pin | | UART for | | | +-------+ /--->| | | |game | | serial port 1 | +-+ <---- 6 jumpers / +-+ +---+port | +------------------------+ 5 jumpers ----/ | |. . . . . . +--------+ +----------------+ | | This area . | XTAL | | 8 dip switches | +---+ | marked off . +--------+ +----------------+ | | | by dots is . . . .
