[comp.sys.ibm.pc] AT retains memmory when floppies are changed

Please just email responses to me about this question because it was
discussed earlier and I just don't remember the remedies that were
posted.

I have an AT with a 1.2 M drive.  When I change floppies and do a
directory I have to do it twice to get the system to show the correct
volume label.  How can this be solved?
