A software solution will not help you.  Apple has a very different
encoding scheme that is based in hardware.  There are boards that 
can be purchased for approx. $150 that install in an IBM PC.  You
can connect them serially and use kermit for the transfer or you
can have a disk conversion house do it.  I do conversions for $15
