[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Procomm 2.4.3 a possible bug that isn't in 2.4.2

news@paris.ics.uci.edu (Network News) (04/24/89)

messages on the local bulletin board. When I try to pause the screen (using
the P key while I'm logged on to a BBS running WWIV), my computer locks up!
After I let it sit for a moment the cursor slowly moves to the right of
the screen but doesn't print anything. I've tried it it serveral times and
have had the same results. Only when I've gone back to version 2.4.2 the
problem goes away.
Oh yes, during the lockup, I can't enter into DOS, the key buffer also fills
up and doesn't empty what I've typed into it. I can still recieve Ctrl-G from
the host machine telling me that if I don't type something it will kick me off.
Also during the lockup, I can reboot my computer and enter back into Procomm
and it acts as if the problem didn't even exist!
