I was flipping through an info sheet for a Zenith Z-148 the other day, and noticed that it mentioned an "expansion chassis" to expand the number of slots it has. Since I've only got 2 right now (both filled), this interested me a great deal. So, I called up the Zenith dealer, and got the usual runaround ("Umm...You'll have to talk to Al about that"..."Sorry, Al isn't here today"..."Why don't I check the warehouse and call you back"...(a week later)..."Sorry, Al doesn't work here anymore"...etc.) Since it's fairly obvious that they don't have the faintest idea what an expansion chassis is (although the saleswoman *did* try to sell me a Zenith 286 machine), I'm going to ask the net. Has anyone ever heard of this beast? How many slots does it have? Can you use *any* card in it? Does it leave one of my existing slots free (for a hard disk controller)? How big is it? Does it have a separate power supply? How much does it cost?
