4 Mbyte memory boards for sale $500
Memory expansion boards for IBM 286/386 compatables.
The boards are fully populated with 4 Mbytes of 120nsec, 256K ZIP ram chips (not dips).
(So don't expect to pull the chips for other use)
They are 16 bit bus for use in 286/386 systems.
The boards are used, but not abused. They are in near-new condition and fully tested and functional.
They are built by Micron Technology, a US memory chip manufacturer.
They are 1 to 2 years old and support LIM standard 3.2
I will supply a one "copy" of the original manual and software per person.
The boards can be used as Extended or Expanded memory or some combination of the two.
They will backfill a system with 512K main memory, but will not backfill a system with 256K main memory.
Up to 4 boards are supported per system for a total of 16 Mbytes in a system.
I will ship COD, cash or certified check, by UPS you pay the shipping charge ($5-$6).
