[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Interrupt list file INTERRUP.1ST, v89.1 -> v89.2 diffs

Strip the headers and the signature that our postnews insists on adding, then
feed to either "patch" or "fix" to apply to INTERRUP.1ST.
