What is the pin to pin cable configuration for connecting a LaserWriter
II/NT to an IBM-PC/XT which has an AST Six Pack expansion board and is
configured to use the COM1: port? The cable configuration in the manual
says pins 1 (or 7), 2, and 3. I tried it with no go. The same unit
works on an IBM-PC/AT using a cable configured for the AT. What am I
misunderstanding? I checked the board and it is working properly.
Thanks in advance for any assists.
