Could someone please tell me what the latest version of MS-Kermit (Kermit for the IBM PC) is? Don't post responses; I'll post a summary response myself if enough other people tell me they also want to know. (I assume that someone, somewhere, has made this latest version available through anonymous FTP, UUCP, or BITNET; I'd be interested in finding out if anyone has put it in an anonymous FTP directory.) David, The latest version of Kermit for the IBM PC is 2.32. You can probably login at Columbia Univ. in the evening using ftp. However version 2.31 is fairly recent, and this is what I have been using. I don't know what 2.32 has over 2.31. carl@dan.apgea.army.mil Carl L. Rossmark

The latest version of MS Kermit is 2.32/A. You'll find it in directory
pd1:<msdos.kermit>, along with doc, script and utilities, on Simtel20.
All files are ARCed so you don't have to worry about which files to get
and how to unBOO (decode) them. These are the same versions as
distributed by Columbia University on host watsun.cc.columbia.edu, the
new home for Kermit files.
