Gee whiz, I didn't know Rahul was sick. Give me a break guys!!! All I did was
SUGGEST a POSSIBLE way to do things. By all means I did NOT want to attack
Rahul on any grounds...BUT, given the amount of postings to the ibm.pc groups
in general, it DOES make SOME sense to split things up into smaller chunks,
just to make them more manageable.
Yes Keith, I do know how to use the SIMTEL20 server, and use it quite often.
Some of the other BITNET people do not know how to use SIMTEL20, and rely only
on c.s.i.p to do their postings/readings etc. I know this is not the way to do
things, but those who do post binaries to this group (which is rare) should not
be "reprimanded" for doing so. An occasional posting of program by a novice
BITNET/c.s.i.p. user or even by an experienced user is not going to kill
anyone.
