[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Which 20 MB HD to buy

I have a short quesion:
For my brother ('s XT) I have to buy a 20 MB harddisk.
WHich one should (or better: shouldn't) I buy?
I heard some rumours that Miniscribe 3.5 inch HD are not that great.
Has anybody experiences with them?
