[comp.sys.ibm.pc] NumLock Key Changer

kweeder@sunny3.che.clarkson.edu (Jim Kweeder) (05/26/89)

Here's the strange request for the week.

I'm looking for a small tsr (similar to Tom Almy's kbdr.com) that
will disable the NumLock key on the keyboard.

Any suggestions or submissions would be appreciated.

Note: this isn't for me. So, if you mail asking why anyone would want
such a thing, I'll have to reply: Beat's Me! (I *neglected* to ask) :-).

I don't have a TSR but I have an '.EXE' file that you can put in the
autoexec.bat file. It will shut off the NumLock key (and with some
slight modification you can make it control the CapsLock and Insert
keys as well) on boot. If you are interested please leave a msg.
